Digital, Tech & Data
Data strategy, dashboards and reporting systems that people actually use to make decisions.
We have built results-based reporting systems across nine countries, designed dashboards that pull live data from DHIS2 and other source systems, and run data quality assessments that told programme teams things they didn't know about their own numbers. Good data work is not about more dashboards, it's about the right five metrics, refreshed reliably, in front of the person who needs to act on them.
We audit before we build
Most organisations have more data than they use and less clarity than they think. We start with a data quality assessment, where is data coming from, how consistent is it, and what decisions is it actually supposed to inform.
Dashboards follow decisions, not the other way around
We design visualisation around the specific decisions someone needs to make weekly or monthly not a comprehensive dump of every metric available. A dashboard nobody opens twice was not worth building.
Automated, not manually maintained
Where possible, we connect dashboards directly to source systems so updates happen automatically. A reporting tool that requires someone to manually refresh a spreadsheet every month quietly stops being used within a year.
What We Deliver
- Data quality assessments with practical, prioritised recommendations
- Dashboard design and deployment (Power BI, Apache Superset and similar)
- Automated reporting pipelines connected to source systems
- Results framework design and multi-country data consolidation
- Staff training on tools and ongoing data practices
Who This Is For
Organisations collecting data across multiple sites or countries that struggles to consolidate cleanly, or whose leadership makes decisions on gut feel because the numbers take too long to pull together.
