ERP & Enterprise Architecture
Odoo, ERPNext and SAP Business One implementation, plus custom-built platforms for organisations legacy ERPs cannot serve.
We have implemented and deployed Odoo, ERPNext and SAP Business One for organisations across different scales and sectors, alongside leading information system migrations for international agencies operating across multiple countries. Where an off-the-shelf ERP genuinely fits, we implement it properly; data model, workflows, integrations and all. Where it doesn't, we build custom. Darian Connect, our own client platform, is a direct product of that second path: a purpose-built system we designed, deployed and continue to scale because no off-the-shelf tool did what we actually needed.
We choose the platform, not the other way around
Odoo, ERPNext and SAP Business One each fit different organisations differently; scale, budget, industry-specific modules, and internal technical capacity all matter. We assess honestly which platform fits before recommending one, rather than defaulting to whichever system we know best.
Custom-built when the off-the-shelf answer falls short
Some problems don't fit inside a standard ERP's data model. Darian Connect exists because we needed a client engagement platform no packaged system offered so we designed and built it ourselves, and we take the same approach when a client's need doesn't fit a template.
Migration planned around minimal disruption
Moving an organisation off a legacy system, whether to a new ERP or a custom platform, is where most implementations fail. We plan the data migration, user retraining and cutover sequencing as carefully as the system design itself.
