Applied Intelligence (AI)
Practical AI deployment — chat interfaces, predictive scoring and automation that solve a specific problem.
We integrated large language models into a live conference data platform used across seven thematic areas, and built predictive scoring tools used in national-scale eligibility determination. Our approach to AI is deliberately narrow — we look for the one or two places in your workflow where a model genuinely saves time or improves a decision, rather than looking for reasons to add AI where a simpler tool would do the job better.
We start with the workflow, not the technology
The question is never "where can we use AI" — it is "where does this specific process break down, and would a model meaningfully help." Most of the time the honest answer is a better form or a cleaner database, not a chatbot.
Human oversight stays in the loop
For anything involving eligibility, scoring or decisions that affect people, we design the system so a human reviews and can override the model's output. Automation should reduce workload, not remove accountability.
Documented and explainable
Every model we deploy comes with documentation your team can actually read — what data it uses, how it was validated, and where its limits are. A system nobody on your team understands is a liability, however well it performs.
What We Deliver
- AI feasibility assessment for specific workflow bottlenecks
- Chat-based data interaction and embedded visualisation tools
- Predictive scoring and eligibility determination systems
- Model documentation and staff training for ongoing ownership
- CI/CD and infrastructure support for deployed AI tools
Who This Is For
Organisations with a specific, well-defined bottleneck — high query volumes, manual scoring processes, or large unstructured datasets — where a targeted model would save real time.
